The Brief

Conference fan fests and VIP events run for hours across a large footprint, with thousands of people moving through. The Big Ten needed both a cinematic recap for afterwards and content that reached attendees while they were still on site.

How We Shot It

We ran a combined crew: roaming cinematography for the recap, plus photo activations and instant-delivery photo stations so guests walked away with an image in hand. Branded VIP photo booths handled the hospitality side. Recaps were cut to be usable across conference and member-school channels.

Why It Matters

This is an ongoing partnership rather than a one-off booking, and it spans two disciplines at once — live activation and post-produced film. Very few production companies are asked to do both at conference scale.
